Our Best Plans are the heart of what we do for clients. They are an objective assessment of your technology and cybersecurity. They’re also a roadmap for improving your business’ bottom line through technology improvement.

Green is good. Yellow may be room for improvement, or may stay yellow forever because it’s not worth the change for your business.
Best Plans are one of the first things we do when we onboard a new Best Practices client but they are also available as a one-time, no strings attached service.
We build it with 3 components:
- We interview you, or someone on your team, for about 30-45 minutes, and talk about your infrastructure and gather data about your cloud services. This tells us a lot about your organizational and data structure, and how up to date you are in technology.
- We ask to meet with a handful of your team. Their feedback should be anonymous to their direct superiors because we want honest input from the “trenches” about what works and what doesn’t.
- We install a read-only reporting software on your computers, to as many of them as you can deploy it. This tells us a lot about your inventory, hidden problems, device fleet, and existing management capabilities.
About 2 weeks later we will present you with the plan and a firm quote for us to execute it.
At that point you can DIY the plan, hire someone else to execute it, or hire us.
